Что необходимо для изготовления аэродинамического обвеса?

  • 1. Создание проекта либо рисунка обвеса.
  • 2. Много пластилина или пластика. Как правило, требуется больше 1 кг. материала.
  • 3. Наличие эпоксидной смолы.
  • 4. Потребуется запастись глиной либо гипсом.
  • 5. Понадобится много деревянных брусков разных по толщине.
  • 6. Необходимо наличие мелкой сетки. Она должна быть гибкой.
  • 7. Для создания обвеса требуется гибкая проволока 5-6 миллиметров, а также толстая из алюминия либо меди.
  • 8. Наличие крема, можно использовать вазелин.

Порядок изготовления обвеса

В местах, где нужно использовать большое количество пластилина, следует применять бруски из дерева, а в самых тонких места, с целью сохранить форму обвеса, применяется проволока. Не стоит забывать о том, что важно, чтобы после лепки бампер поддавался легкому снятию.

Предварительно стоит позаботиться о наличии углублений, предусмотренных под фары, а также под воздухозаборник. Чтобы снять конструкцию, требуется заранее подготовить ящик из дерева.

Внимание! Сам ящик по размерам должен превышать элемент на 7 и более сантиметров с каждой из сторон. Следует оснастить ящик поддержкой для макета. Именно здесь следует учесть факт того, что макет должен будет висеть на поддержках, ни в коем случае нельзя его размещать на полу ящика.

Далее следует процесс приготовления гипса. Смесь должна быть довольно жидкая. После приготовления гипсового раствора можно приступать к установке бампера на поддержки. Важно перед установкой смазать его вазелином. После чего, можно заливать гипсовую смесь в деревянный ящик. После чего следует оставить все на некоторое время, чтобы гипс успел застыть. Как правило, это занимает несколько дней.

После полного застывания, нужно вынуть форму из пластилина, при этом должна остаться лишь полость из гипса. Она то и послужит макетом для бампера.

В форме следует просверлить небольшие отверстия насквозь, предназначенные с целью отвода воздуха и смазать ее вазелином. Смазывать следует аккуратно, чтобы не задеть отверстия. Далее приготавливается эпоксидная смесь. Каждые слои стеклоткани придется укладывать тщательным образом, чтобы выгнать все воздушные пузыри.

Когда слои достигнуть толщины в 2 миллиметра, можно прокладывать все сеткой для обеспечения усиления будущей конструкции. Сверху вновь прокладывается стеклоткань около 1.5 миллиметров.

Как все этапы будут выполнены, следует оставить бампер до полного высыхания. После чего, можно смело вытаскивать его из формы и обрезать излишки, шлифовать и подгонять обвес.
